Your Support Bridge Support Care Fund is used only as a last resort when no other support is available. We serve clients year-round; it is critical that we grow this fund.

Your donations will help us grow YSB’s care fund so we can continue to provide vital services and supports, including but not limited to:

• Adaptive/medical equipment
• Dental/vision care
• Pharmacy/medical supplies
• Assistive technology
• Respite
• Rapid rehousing and critical housing services.

During COVID-19, Your Support Bridge provided continued support for clients with special health care needs and disabilities.

Our goal is to relieve the challenges and stresses of individuals in need. We provide tailored support, as well as guide and educate individuals in the community, to improve their quality of life.
